Driving directions:

From anywhere on Cape Cod or beyond:
Follow Route 6 East until you pass the Provincetown town sign. You will then pass a sign saying Next three exits Provincetown Center. Ignore the first exit (Snail Road), go straight on through the traffic lights at the second exit (Conwell St) and take a left turn at the flashing amber light on the third exit (Shankpainter Rd). Follow this road until it ends at Bradford St. Take a right turn onto Bradford and an immediate left onto Atlantic (if you miss it, go up the hill and take a left on Montello) Drive to the end and take a right on Commercial St. Drive about 200 yards and take a left at the far side of Lorraine's Restaurant, down a small alleyway called Good Templar Place. Flyer's parking lot is on your left.

From Route 6A in Truro:
Follow 6A into Provincetown, staying to the right onto Bradford Street at the flashing amber light where Commercial Street begins to the left. Follow Bradford for about two miles till you pass Shankpainter Road on your right at the bottom of a hill. Take an immediate left on to Atlantic (if you miss it, go up the hill and take a left on Montello) Drive to the end and take a right on Commercial St. Drive about 200 yards and take a left at the far side of Lorraine's Restaurant, down a small alleyway called Good Templar Place. Flyer's parking lot is on your left.

If you are towing a boat:
Flyer's staff can offer you information on launching and on trailer storage, but the size of your boat and the state of the tide are critical to the continued enjoyment of your day! Whatever you do, don't tow a boat down the length of Commercial Street.

If you plan to launch it yourself and the boat is more than 22ft or the tide is not fairly high, you may want to consider launching at the Pamet River in Truro, in which case call us for information.

If you are headed for the West End launching ramp (the only one in Provincetown) remember that it is only good for launching or hauling two to two and a half hours either side of high tide.

Smaller boats may have a bigger time window. Follow the above instructions to Bradford, then take a left off Bradford on to Franklin (this is about ¼ mile west, beyond Shankpainter). Franklin joins Commercial Street at the bottom of the hill. Follow Commercial as it swings right to rejoin the waterfront after skirting the Coast Guard station (the road is quite narrow here), after a quarter mile you will see a large, black-topped, metered parking lot on your left side. Swing into the far side of this, head to the bulkhead, swing left and wait your turn to launch. On the south east corner of the lot there is a 24-hour trailer storage area. If we are storing your trailer, let us know it's there immediately or it will get ticketed.

If we are launching your boat at our dock by forklift, please make clear arrangements ahead of time as it may be necessary for us to stop traffic and briefly drive the wrong way up Commercial Street to enter our boatyard.
